How can information be collected?
We will either visit your company to collect the information or it can be sent via email(i.e. We ask questions about your company and you provide answers along with your desired pictures/and videos).
How do I pay the amount required?
We will send you the banking details to deposit the amount once we have collected your company information.
When is the money payable?
There are three stages of development for each web site package
- 1. Initial stage (10% of the total amount is paid)
- 2. Middle stage (40% of the total amount is paid)
- 3. Final stage (50% of the remaining total amount is paid).
How long does it take until the website is online?
When the last 50% of the total amount is deposited to our bank account, it will only take 24-48 hours for the website to be live on reciept of proof of payment.
How much do I pay per month?
This is not really for us to answer but to make it simple, it depends on the online hosting company where your web site will be stored but note that for the first two months we will pay the hosting company for your web site (i.e. the amount that is best for the type and size of your web site).
How do I send proof of payment?
Proof of payment can be sent to us via email as a form of an attachment (i.e. can be a picture, pdf file, etc. as long as we can see and read it). Reference can be your name or the name of your web site.
How do I pay for maintenance?
Amount is payable first and maintenance lasts for three months (i.e. web site is updated once a month for three months) but data or information remains on the boundaries of the web site package.
How do I pay for the additional product and how do I get it?
Money is deposited to our bank account and the product is sent to you within a day or two on receipt of your proof of payment.
When is the refund payable?
The refund for web site package is only payable when the development process is on the middle stage. If you request a refund after the web site is under your ownership, we cannot be able to process your refund and please note that there is no refund for all additional products.
